Special Barn Apartment

The “Hummingbird” was named after the numerous little Hummers that frequent it during the spring/summer season. It boasts bright large windows so you can take in the beautiful views of the horse farm. This barn apartment offers a full kitchen and breakfast bar, living/dining area, king bedroom with a sleep number mattress for a great nights sleep!  TV (very limited channels!) in the bedroom with a Roku for streaming and wifi throughout the space. There is also a dedicated small workspace desk. Full bathroom with handicap accessible shower. The patio offers outdoor table/chairs, a fire pit and gas grill. 

This apartment is also pet friendly and has a decent sized fenced yard and even a doggie dog off the bathroom accessing the yard!  Please ask for prior approval before bringing pets and a pet fee does apply. 

There is low light pollution so star gazing right from the patio is often breathtaking!  

Enjoy a stroll about the farm and meet many horses and other animals (mostly rescues).
