Group/Facility Discounts available

Mountain Top Cabin (New hand hewn log cabin):

         Sun-Thurs = $100 per night
         Fri-Sat = $140 per night
         Based on double occupancy; $10 each additional guest
         State sales tax of 7% will be added to total charge

         Cleaning fee of $40.00 (or leave cabin clean per instruction sheet)

Overlook Cabin (remodeled for 2007!):

         Sun-Thurs = $100 per night
         Fri-Sat = $120 per night
         Based on double occupancy; $10 each additional guest
         Pet fee = $10 per pet per night (pets allowed with prior approval only)

         State sales tax of 7% will be added to total charge

         Cleaning fee of $25.00 (or leave cabin clean per instruction sheet)

Campsites

         Full hook-ups (water/electric) = $25.00 per site per night  (8 campsites available)
         Primitive (no hook-ups) = $10.00 per site per night
         State sales tax of 7% will be added to total charge       

Policies

Smoking Policy

• No smoking inside/around cabins or stables

Reservation Policy

• 2 night minimum stay
• Friday/Saturday nights kept together for week-end guests unless prior arrangements made
• 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
• Reservation balance is due two weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds only if at least 30 days advance notice given less $25 processing fee

Pet Policy

• Pets allowed in the Overlook Cabin only, and you must have prior approval.  Pet fee is $10 per pet per night.
